Available Room for Rent

1 BR available in 3Br/1Ba Inglewood House!

Hi All! I have one room opening up in my house in Inglewood. The lease is flexible, you could move in as early as March 1st but the new lease starts April 1st. The house is rad, it’s very close to Riverside Village (The Pub, Dose, etc) and the landlord is fantastic. It’s a 3 bed/1 bath with a fenced in backyard and plenty of parking. Rent is $720 a month and includes all utilities except internet, which is an additional $25 each a month. The living room & dining room are furnished but the open bedroom is not.

The house is equipped with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. We recycle and compost. Yard work is handled by the landlord. I have a sweet hypoallergenic rescue dog named Ziggy. He takes time warming up to people. The landlord is open to another small non-shedding dog. Pet approval, pet deposit and monthly pet fee can be discussed with him. Sorry, no cats, no couples no children.

The available room is on the top floor of the house. The ceiling is low in places but you have the entire upstairs to yourself. It also has it’s own AC unit. Currently living in the house are myself and my gal roommate, Hannah. I work a 9-5 in the TV industry and Hannah works multiple jobs. We're both pretty chill, clean up after ourselves, and don't have big parties at the house. Males, Females, Trans, and Non-Binary folk are all welcome here. We're LGBTQIA+ friendly and expect the same of our future roommate.
