I am looking for a roommate, around for my apartment on the border of Bucktown/Logan Square. Rent is 850$ a month for a lot of space. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that gets incredible sunlight. Two bedrooms are large and can fit a queen/king, desk and dresser. The third bedroom is used for guests and as an office. The backyard has been a haven during covid- great seating, a firepit, a grill and twinkle lights. Shared between two other neighbors who are awesome. There is free parking out-front on California, no trouble ever finding a spot. 3 min walk to the California blue line and the Milwaukee bus. 2 min walk to the boulevard and great parks.
