About myself: clean, don't drink, don't smoke, play games on PC, watch and play football.
What I expect in a roommate: clean, responsible.

I'm a graduate student pursuing an MS in Computer Science at NYU. I'm currently attending remotely from India and will move to New York on January 2021 (after the 4th and before the 10th of Jan 21). I'm willing to pay rent starting from January 1, 2021.

I would require a room probably within 5 miles from NYU (flexible)

I'll be paying rent off of my student loan which guarantees me USD 1500 per month for living expenses (I'm looking for a room that costs 700-750/month or less excluding utilities or USD 800 or less including utilities).
I will want to stay for at least 8 months (Till 31 August 2021). Might extend my stay if I like the place.
