We have 2 frenchies and our Roomate has a cat, who normally stay in our room. We all either study, are at work or in our rooms not obstructing other tenants. We are all pretty introverted, but friendly and our means of communication is mainly through text. So if this sounds like you, this is your ideal room. It is a quiet, friendly and respectful environment that should be kept as such. The room is suitable for one female adult and is strictly non-smoking, non-drinking, and drug-free.
