Hey everyone,
Offering:

1 bedroom in a shared 3 bedroom apartment for the time being it would be a 6 month roommate agreement but once we get to know each other we can look at extending it further.

Unit:

3 bedrooms, 1 shared bathroom in a 6 apartment block.
The apartment is located very centrally downtown, a 10 min walk from the Eaton Centre, there are busses, streetcars literally a 30 second walk from the apartment. There are loads of bars, grocery stores and a public pool nearby. The room will be unfurnished as the roommate will be taking their stuff with them. We have a living room, it's just not in the pictures but willing to send pics to people we organize viewings with.

Ideally, we are looking for someone who is clean, tidy, LGBTQ+ friendly, 420 friendly and someone who is respectful of the apartment and people's time schedules. As there will be 4 of us living in the apartment, we won't be accepting couples and we prefer no pets as we are looking into getting our own cat. Preferably someone in their 30s.

Accessibility:

There are stairs up to and down to the apartment.

Move in date: April 1st

Location:

Cabbagetown/Regent Park area. Dundas and Sherbourne or Dundas and Parliament

Rent:

950 per month due on the 1st of every month.
Bills: 55 to 65 a month

Included:

High speed wifi, streaming services, radiator heating, laundry in basement. The room will be unfurnished.

Rental terms:

Off-lease roommate. Rent will be paid to me. There will be a written roommate agreement. This is not covered by the RTA.

Relationship to unit:

I'm Evan, I work as a chef and am in school full time. I have lived in Canada for nearly 9 years and in this apartment for 8 years now.
My partner Josh works in film and has lived here for 7.5 years.
Reáltíne is the other housemate, she is my cousin and works as a hair stylist, she has lived here 6 years.

Rent control:

Rent increases for this unit are capped at the annual provincial guideline increase because this unit was lived in before November 2018.
