Hey! I'm Justin, I'm a working professional currently working at a biotech company (WFH w/regular travel). I'm originally from New Jersey, but I moved to the city about 2 years ago and I'm looking to stay for the foreseeable future, hence the roommate search! In my current place in the Upper East Side, I live with a roommate (female, working professional) and we get along pretty well, but unfortunately we have to go our separate ways this coming May/June cause she got into law school in Brooklyn, which is a ways away from our current place. Our lease officially ends on June 30 and I'm currently waiting on the lease renewal, which should be coming in a week or so, but if we match I can definitely give more info on the place/room and what rent cost would look like! I'm looking to have someone move into my roommate's current room preferably May 1st, as my current roommate is looking at a potential May move-in for her new place, where they would take on the last two months of her lease and then take on the new 1 year lease with me starting July 1st. Her room is much smaller than mine, but what we pay in rent would reflect that. we can also schedule a visit so you can see the apartment cause I'm having trouble with Diggz letting me upload pictures for the room part of this app lol, but I could definitely hop on a call to give details on all of that!

A little about me, I'm a pretty relaxed person who can be highly extroverted, but has chill homebody moments. I definitely enjoy a good time (checking out new bars, a good thrifting trip, exploring nyc pop-ups, food runs, recreational sports, trivia nights, cooking up new recipes, etc.) and want to live with someone with a similar mindset! I'm 420, pet, and casual weekday drink friendly lol I would love to live with someone who's down to hangout and is down to create a fun harmonious living space we can call home.
