Available Room for Rent

I am looking for a potential roommate that will be able to meet their half of rent each month.
Before moving in together, we would meet up and go over a roommate agreement, budgeting, and other bills.
We would be moving in together at the same time.
The roommate is going to need to have a full time job or a good monthly income to keep up with the rent and bills.
All bills will be split down the middle (in half) and that is a topic we would also be going over in person.
The $900 is just the rent half. It is not the total amount that you would just be paying. There are other cost to living here and your share (this is just an estimate of right now) is about $1,265 per month.
