Looking for 2+ roommates/couples to apply with me to a 3br 2bath in Northridge. I toured it today, and there's a $500-off move-in special if we apply BEFORE 3PM TOMORROW FEB 20
There are two small bedrooms and one larger with its own bathroom; we can negotiate the prices.
Laundry on-site, $1.75 wash $2 dry, app-based.
Communal barbecue, pool, and jacuzzi open until 10pm
Utilities not included, estimated $150/mo electric+water+trash+sewer. No gas, everything is electric.
I have a cat, would consider another pet if they get along. The apartment has a 2 pet maximum, and some restrictions about dog breeds, I can provide that info if you need it.
I am a 27 year old male, I have a girlfriend who would visit occasionally, but we don't live together. We are both bi, so we are LGBTQA+ friendly. I am open to living with singles or couples.
I'm also 420 friendly, however if you are not, I am happy to accommodate and not smoke at the apartment.
Details:
- 1 large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
- 2 smaller bedrooms with 1 shared bathroom.
- Large shared living room connected to small balcony.
- 2 parking spaces included, additional spaces are $75/mo or $110/mo for two stacked.
- Kitchen with small window.
- 1 extra large closet and 1 small storage closet.
Application fee nonrefundable $50 per occupant plus $200 hold deposit (split between roommates) - refundable if we are denied, otherwise it's credited towards move-in costs.
$14/mo renters insurance required (split between roommates)
We all need to meet 2.5x rent amount combined gross income, which is $8,232.50 total. I make about $2.4k/mo, so we still need $5,833.
TOTAL PRICE: 3,293(rent) + 150(utilities estimate) + 14(insurance) = $3,457
3457/3 occupants = $1,153/mo
3457/4 occupants = $864.25/mo
3457/5 occupants = $691.40/mo
7 occupants max. Again, room divisions will be negotiated, this is just splitting everything evenly.
