Swimming pool and gym (at least once covid settles down), outdoor grilling area, in-building laundry, locked mailbox, tons of free parking with the extra option of reserved covered parking, 24 hour maintenance, bike rack, lots of storage space, central AC, and high speed wifi, north facing windows.

Background check and credit check required. No smoking, no drugs. No pets with fur (lizards, fish, birds etc ok but you need to pay all appropriate fees).
