West Coast based professional is looking for a roommate for his two bedroom vacation Condo.... Im a 42 year old laid back easy going straight guy, the room is perfect for an airline crew, traveling or local professional in need of a nice crash pad to relax and rest when in town.
Luxurious interior the bedroom comes with a separate bathroom and full access to kitchen and the common areas .
All utilities are included electricity, water, wifi, cable , Washer dryers are located throughout the building and in each floor.
Location is second to none ten minutes from the Fort Lauderdale Airport within walking distance to the train station, twelve minutes to the Beach next to all shopping and freeways surrounded by four parks..
The Condo has water views, in addition has two heated pools , tennis courts, able parking , club house , BBQs and a gym
Secure and quite location away from traffic....
The monthly rent is $800 with a $450 refundable security deposit , minimum term is 5 months.....Available on 8/19/19
