Tayler - $850/month

I'm Tayler and I will be moving from Houston, TX to NYC in late August 2019. I have recently landed an Education Fellowship with the Brooklyn Museum so I'm looking to live somewhere not a huge journey away. I would love to have roommates since I will be so far away from home. I will be in the city from July 18-22 to scope out some places on foot and meet up with some potential roommates. I'm a Black, bisexual 26 year old and have no kids or pets. I do, however, love animals and wouldn't mind living somewhere that has them. I write and sing music but am always mindful of the hours at which I do it. I tend to stay up late, but keep to myself for the most part. I hope to become cool with my roommate(s), but I don’t expect to take up much of your time. I am open to sharing household items or having everyone fend for themselves. I am really good about communication and overall want anyone I live with to feel comfortable in their own home as well. I keep my things to my room when I’m living with others and am mindful of cleaning up after myself. I also definitely smoke the ganja!!
