Hello I Have a room for rent and looking for a roommate. It’s a nice apartment located about 10 mins from the airport, right off of beltway 8 close to 59. Has a full size washer and dryer in unit. Almost private bathroom besides sharing it with guests. There is some storage space available and an in home gym. Rent will be $700 a month all bills included, is negotiable. I am looking for someone that is responsible for their own portion of the rent, Someone friendly that is able to communicate. I do travel quite a bit so, you will have the apartment to yourself often. I do have a small/medium friendly dog, a Schnauzer mix. I can possibly discount the rent if you are willing to lightly look after my dog while I travel. I am flexible and willing to work with you. I prefer a woman since I have a daughter who comes over every other weekend, but I’m open. I’m also ok with pets or single parents with kids. I am a single male, work a lot, clean and tidy.

Hola tengo q una habitación en alquiler y busco un roommate. Tengo un lindo apartamento ubicado a unos 10 minutos del aeropuerto, justo a la salida de beltway 8 cerca de la 59 N. Tiene una lavadora y secadora en el apartamento. Baño casi privado además de compartirlo con invitados. Hay algo de espacio de almacenamiento disponible y un gimnasio en casa. El alquiler será de $700 al mes, todas las facturas incluidas, es negociable. Estoy buscando a alguien que sea responsable de su propia porción de la renta, Alguien amigable que pueda comunicarse. Viajo bastante, así que tendrás el apartamento completo para ti varias veces. Tengo un perro amigable pequeño/mediano, una mezcla de Schnauzer. Posiblemente pueda descontar el alquiler si está dispuesto a cuidar ligeramente a mi perro mientras viajo. Soy flexible y complaciente a trabajar con usted. Prefiero una mujer ya que tengo una hija que viene cada dos fines de semana, pero estoy abierto. También estoy bien con mascotas o padres solteros con hijos. Soy un hombre soltero, trabajo mucho, limpio y ordenado.
