Mia S - $1,300/month

Hi, my name is Mia and I am currently a student in Brooklyn, NY and have continuously been working in customer service since moving back to Brooklyn with my father several years ago. Graduating from Abraham Lincoln high with one of the highest GPA in my high school, and in the process of enrolling in to Hunter college. I am currently looking for a roommate due to my dad selling our family home here in Brooklyn and him having a closing date at the beginning of next year. My ideal rental monthly budget is $1,300.

Despite my younger age, I have very reputable and professional references. I love meeting new people and making new friends. I usually don’t invite people over to hang out at home because that is my study and down time however, I will make time to go out with my best friends. My work and schooling are my #1 priority and come first. I currently work 3 days and attend school the rest. I love animals and have worked towards my college credits for 3 years in high school working as a veterinary technician assistant in the schools science department. I don’t smoke or drink, I prefer to live with other non-smokers but don’t mind if you drink. I am very clean and like an organized space and usually will meal prep for the week to minimize my time in the kitchen.
