I had new windows put in the house and this room that are dual pane recently. I just had it painted as well, it has a solid oak floor as well. There are two windows in the room one looks out the back yard area and the other looks out the garden area which you may use. There is storage in the garage overhead if needed for other stuff. Shared areas are the living room, kitchen (all dishes and appliances of course), dining area, bathroom, and all outside areas.

Wooden Deck out the back door of the kitchen with table chairs and grill. This overlooks the back yard which is fenced for dogs.
