Looking for 2 Roommates in 3bd/2ba House

I have 2 rooms available in my 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom house off S Broadway in Littleton. Both are on the main floor and share a bathroom just outside the rooms. I just moved myself into the freshly remodeled basement. The house is too big for just me, so I want to fill the place up with a couple of roommates. I'd love a dog or two as well!

### About the House
* Beautiful galley kitchen with all of the expected appliances, dishes, etc.
* Washer and dryer in the basement.
* Plenty of extra storage in the basement and the garage.
* 1 parking space available in detached 2-car garage.
* 1 parking space in driveway. And there is a ton of street parking as well.
* Fenced in backyard and a covered back patio on a big 0.25-acre corner lot.
* Central A/C
* Brand new furnace
* Brand new water heater
* The main floor is only partially furnished/decorated, so you can make it your own.
* Freshly remodeled basement with large TV room, plus my bedroom and study.
* 2nd bathroom is in the basement next to the bedroom.

### About the Rooms
* Room 1 has brand new hardwood flooring and has been freshly painted.
* It is slightly larger than Room 2 and gets a bit more sunshine as it faces south.
* Room 2 still needs some more work before it's ready to move in (mostly just paint and spackle). But if you need a place immediately you don't need to wait.
* Both bedrooms are unfurnished, but there is a bed in Room 2. I'm open to discuss furnishing the rooms as well.
* Both bedrooms are right next to each other and to the bathroom they share.

* Quiet and safe street in the Broadmoor neighborhood in Littleton.
* 2 miles from downtown Littleton
* 5 minute walk to King Soopers.
* 5 minute walk to the High Line Canal or Gallup reservoir / Ketring park.
* Littleton Hospital is just down Broadway.
* Chatfield state park is 15 minutes away.
* Downtown Denver is 20 minutes to the North.

* Professional house cleaning every 2 weeks
* Weekly yard maintenance (seasonal)

* Security deposit equal to one month rent.
* No smoking. Occasional 420 not a problem.
