My budget for monthly rent is $1600. Prefer a commute of 25 minutes or less to NYU (Washington Square Park) - East Village, Stuytown, Midtown, Chelsea, Soho, Greenwich Village, etc. Would prefer no pets. LGBTQ+ friendly. I’m a musician who writes original music inspired by musical theater and contemporary pop artists like Chappell Roan and Maggie Rogers. I rehearse on campus. Very organized and minimalist.
