- Downtown Brooklyn/Fort Greene area
- Luxury apartment with 24h concierge
- Gym, lounge area, luxury amenities
- Corner unit with a lot of sunlight

- Lots of storage space
- Whole unit is close to 1000 sq ft
- Unfurnished
- 24 hour deli right downstairs
- Less than 10 minutes walk to Target, Trader Joe’s… and basically every single subway station
- 1-2 stops from Manhattan (depending on which train you take)
- Sorry no pets!
