Hello, I have a 1 bed available in a 3 bed 1 bath; it’s $500 a month includes water trash and sewer. Does not include internet or electrical bill which would add an extra $50 to your rent. There are two other roommates myself and an extra roommate. We are very quite and clean. We keep ourselves to our own. We are easy going and have our own jobs and lives. We want someone who is clean and wants to be a team player when it comes to keep the place clean and keep peace. I have 1 Siberian Husky dog, she is a sweet and calm dog. Ideally LGBTQ roommates with no more pets preferred. Unless you are ok with my life style and all my friends being so gay :)
