I am a single stay at home mom with a 10yr old on spectrum son that I homeschool. We volunteer around the community where we can and are very creative in how we spend our time. I have been renting rooms in this home for 22yrs and love meeting new people. Father and daughter just moved out of the now 2 available rooms and relocated out of state. Current tenant has been here 4.5yrs. I have 7 indoor/ outdoor cats and sometimes trap and foster in the community as needed. I love plants and they are EVERYWHERE. Home is Fragrance and chemical free for the health and safety of animals and mixed occupants. Sorry no additional pets.

Bed dresser, chest t v nightstand desk and chairs hangers hamper and shares a bathroom with bedroom two for $925 which is a queen size bed, also with chest dresser, nightstand desk and chair and hangers and hamper. Both rooms are upstairs with one other tenant.In the master, my son and I live downstairs. There is a pool and we share all common areas, including the kitchen.There are two refrigerators, a tenant fridge in the kitchen and a fridge in the laundry room for my son and I.
