I’ve in Portland Oregon for half of my life. I happily own and Operate a thriving clinic of Chinese medicine. I’ve been living in shared housing for most of my adult life; so enjoy and am pretty good at it, conscientious of others’ space and keeping common areas clear and fresh.
I love to cook quite healthy tasty meals, make some art, practice Qigong and a little old school yoga. Love some down time with books, music, and streaming some competitive cooking programs, British mystery, and medical dramas. Fun creative coffee concoctions in the autumn and winter, bright and delightful teas in the spring and summer. Traveling on some 4-10 day trips three or four times a year. Bicycle commute. Very occasionally consume limited alcoholic beverages. Don’t smoke ciggies. Love the smell of cannabis but haven’t partaken in many moons, aside from CBD tinctures and gummies here and there. I have a sweet and very timid cat indoor/outdoor little lady.
