In December I will have two rooms available for rent. Two roommates and myself are currently on the lease however the two of them have decided to move in November. I want to keep the lease. going meaning I want to renew the lease. It’s a spacious 3 bedroom apartment hardwood floors. The kitchen and the bathroom are the centerpiece for me. Unfortunately we do not have g bf ave backyard access but who cares when there’s a dope park two blocks up. Local supermarket 15 minutes away. Great mall at Newport Centre which to me is like the Disneyland of malls. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful. Best thing is if you work in the city the light rail that connects to the path train is a block and a half away.
