I’m seeking a respectful, reliable roommate to share a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in a gated, golf course community in Summerlin—one of the nicest areas in Las Vegas.

A bit about me: I’m a 55-year-old gay male who values a clean, quiet, and respectful home. I work outside the home during the week (9–5) and spend some weekends running my food business.

I’m looking for a tenant—male or female—who is clean, organized, considerate, and appreciates a peaceful, adult living environment. LGBTQ-friendly.

• Single occupant only (no couples)
• No smoking or drugs of any kind in the home (including marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping)
• Dog considered only if hypoallergenic (e.g., Poodle, Bichon Frise, Maltese), due to allergies—no cats

You’ll have a private bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are shared. Washer and Dryer. Community Pool. There is outdoor, uncovered parking. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished.

Utilities (electricity, internet, and gas) are a flat $100/month.
