Hi Jermelle,

I have a room for rent in UTC right by the mall you might be interested in.

Looking for someone to take the second bedroom in a two-story, 2x1 townhouse with 2 parking spaces and a large outdoor storage closet. Laundry is right next to the condo and shared with 4 other condos. Also has a community swimming pool.

Due to some unforeseen circumstances my girlfriend will not be able to move down into the townhouse, and given the deal, I’d like to hold onto it.

Lease starts roughly March 1st. New flooring is being installed at the moment, so the date is tentative, but is most likely to be a week or two before the first. Unfortunately, I do not have pictures as I was planning on moving in with my girlfriend and she’s already seen it, but can arrange a tour with the landlord so you can see it. The actual unit has a slightly more updated kitchen and much nicer flooring.

Rent is $1125 each, water sewer garbage, parking included.

A bit about me:

I’m 25, originally from Seattle, work in real estate as an acquisitions analyst, and spend most my time either at the office, at the beach, or out exploring San Diego. I moved down in September so I’m relatively new to the area. Always down to go explore somewhere new and try new things! Recently picked up surfing, big into soccer, backpacking, road tripping + photography, also like to climb and golf.

What I’m looking for in a roommate:

Fine with guests but a more quiet household is preferred, between 22 and 28 ideally. Respectful, don’t have to be spotless but neat is expected, and preferrably someone who also works a 9-5 but open for the right situation. Would like to have someone who would want to go out and enjoy the city, but if you like to keep to yourself that’s fine too.

First months’ and half the deposit ($1125 x2, $2500 total) is all that is needed to move in and it’s a year lease.
