Location:
We are in a residential neighborhood two blocks east from Lake Merritt (Cleveland Heights neighborhood). Easy walking access to the lake, grocery stores, farmer’s market, restaurants, BART & Bus.

About us:
We are two easy going men in our mid-30s, with a mutual interest in making our home a comfortable & communal space for all. We each enjoy cooking, music, friends, games, and outdoor activities. During the day we maintain individual work lives, both working from home in our respective home offices.
- One of us is a professional musician and plays brass instruments and produces music in the downstairs music studio, but the sound does not carry beyond an ambient level.
- The other is in business, working from home in a remote position.

About you:
We are looking for a roommate of any gender identity who values their independence but is open to sharing the space comfortably. This space should feel like it’s as much yours as it is ours.
- Please be clean, respectful, and communicative.
- Have consistent income
- Be a willing participant in household upkeep
- No couples
- No pets
- No indoor smoking or hard drugs

Utilities (internet, gas, electric, water): ~$250 (Monthly estimate)
Security Deposit ($2222.22 to be returned upon move-out)
