I have a beautifully updated 2,100 sq ft home and am looking for a second female roommate (no exceptions)! It is all freshly painted with hard wood floors and lovely plantation shutters. You will have a furnished bedroom ($675/month) including utilities plus a shared bathroom. You will have access to the wifi, washer and dryer, full bathroom, half bathroom, large kitchen, back yard living area, living room, dining room and street parking. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood; the cross streets are Wildcat Reserve and McArthur Ranch Road. Also, it is less than 2 blocks away from the RTD bus stop! I am a young professional female who works many hours and also going to school. My current roommate rents the basement and works during the day. We are both in our twenties, family oriented, very clean, and love movies! My home is pet and smoke/drug free. I would prefer a non-smoking gal who is clean and respectful. I am looking to sign a short term lease with you, preferably 3-6 months. I am only asking for the first months rent and a $400 refundable security deposit in advance.
