Room for rent!

Hey everyone. I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease. Per month you would be paying $532. The amenities are endless, a pool, gym, office space, study rooms, tanning, volleyball court, basketball court, etc. in the unit you would have two other roommates already living there, there is also a fourth bedroom no one currently lives in. In the room you have access to a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. The kitchen is super spacious and comes with the dishwasher. The unit is located in Huntsville Texas, and the lease would be up in July 2023. I’m looking for someone to take it over either immediately or within the next couple months! I will pay for your first months rent!
