Dan M - $1,500/month

I am Dan, a 22 year old guy working in Midtown, Manhattan at a Big 4 accounting firm. I love being active, especially swimming, cycling, running and hiking. I also enjoy cooking all my meals and making bread! For the most part, I am not much of a partier so I don't expect to be bringing friends back to our apartment late at night and making a lot of noise. Every once in awhile, I'm sure I'd plan on having guests over but I would always make sure to inform you of that well in advance to make sure it is okay with you.

I am definitely a tidy person and while I don't smoke at all, I do not judge those that do. I just ask that you don't choose to smoke in the apartment.

Lastly, I love basically all animals! While I don't have a pet at the moment, I would be more than willing to have a furry friend around.
