Hi everyone!

I'll be starting my PhD at Columbia University this fall and am looking for a place to live. Ideally, I'm seeking a year-long lease on the Upper West Side, though I'm open to other Manhattan neighborhoods.

A bit about me: I've been in NYC for the past four years but am currently spending the summer in Michigan. In addition to my studies, I work as a professor and freelance communications specialist. I'm an introvert who tends to open up over time, and I value forming a friendship with my roommate!

As a roommate, I prioritize a tidy living space and enjoy a balance between socializing and personal downtime. In my free time, I love taking walks in Riverside, exploring cafes, and diving into a good book. It would be great to grab a coffee or a drink occasionally with my roommate. I also have a small loveseat, two bookcases, and some kitchen items I'd like to contribute to the common space.
