Hi there!! Looking for someone to take over my current roommates room when she moves out next month. Kind of all over the place with my interests and how I spend my time. Would love it if we became super close but also don’t mind keeping ourselves separate! I do already have a cat, open to pets but not entirely sure how she does with others as she’s been alone since I’ve adopted her. Although I will say she is pretty good about communicating her boundaries and will likely hide/ignore you most of the time

Small bedroom with your own bathroom, just not attached. There is a shared living room, den, and kitchen. Right on the river with a really nice walkway. I am a very clean person and like to keep the spaces that way, I’m also very direct about things if issues come up. Secure access building with lots of parking options, free and paid. The main office does have a gym and package lockers. You would have to apply with the complex, get approved, and then be put on the lease.
