Hi :) it’ll be my boyfriend, me and our 2 pets (a cat and a small dog to be kept in our room at all times). We prefer that utilities be included in rent. We could move in as soon as February 3rd or March 3rd. I don’t smoke, do drugs or drink. My boyfriend smokes outdoors and drinks socially. No drugs. We don’t care what you do as long as you’re in control. We rarely have friends over but when we do, it’s usually just a couple of friends. Low key and respectful gay couple here.
