Description of room:

This room is in a prime location. Move in date: July 6th, potentially earlier if needed. Our apartment is overlooking both the bay/boats and the pool/ hot tub. There is a gym and common area. Great walking paths around the bay. Location is near freeway entrances/exits, and close drive to DT/ grocery stores/ etc. We have brand new appliances and recently renovated facilities. Always parking and is also gated. Plenty of storage.

The $2100 cost covers, (1) room (1) bathroom. The cost does not include utilities. (which ranges from about (50-70$) There are no additional fees and all maintenance for the apartment and facilities is included in rent.

Description of roommates:

We are a couple in our mid 20's. We are both non-smokers (but don't care if you are). We do cook and utilize the common areas and you of course are more than welcome to. I am in the travel industry and my boyfriend is in finance. We are very relaxed when it comes to basically anything, we just ask you have open communication with us. During the week we are both out of the house by 7:30 AM and back around 5 PM. On the weekends/ occasional week days we like to go out and have a drink/dinner, hang by the pool, hike, workout, head to the city, or just relax at home and you're more than welcome to join.
