Hi, my name is Trisha. I'm actually renting the entire property for a year lease. Looking to have a few people over to rent my home so that I could be very stable with the monthly payments.
So I need very clean people. Students or couples are okay. Maximum of two people in a room. Pets are okay (I love dogs). There can be NO smoking in the home. Partying must be a collective agreement amongst everyone and the number of invitees will be very minimal.
Looking to begin a 1st August agreement.

Looking for roomies to occupy one of the rooms asap!!
I'm looking for people (Students or working couples/persons) who'll occupy one of the spaces available. He/she must be very clean, hygienic, hopefully a non-smoker (or you could take it outside) and not a heavy partier (occasional drinking is permitted). Pets are welcome (I have mine here) but it comes with a $50 fee (I have already paid the deposit). I'm looking for an August agreement asap.
