What's up everybody I just graduated this past May from Penn State and am new to NYC. I'm moving out of my place in Brooklyn at the end of August and looking for an early to mid-September move into Manhattan, Williamsburg/Fort Greene, LIC, or Hoboken/Jersey City areas for a one-year lease. Looking for a 1-bed we can add a flex wall to in the living room or affordable 2-bed.
I'm just looking for a roommate ready to enjoy the City while being someone who's chill and can keep a good vibe on the weekends. Starting my new job as a leasing consultant so I'm real busy from 9:30-6:30 for 5 days of the week.
