Beautiful Brownstone apartment

HI! I am looking for a new roommate for my apartment in Bed Stuy for a July 1st move-in.

The Place: 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms brownstone with a finished basement with direct access to the laundry room and backyard. This is a first-floor apartment.

Other Amenities: Rooftop access and direct access to the backyard. Laundry in the building. Central air and AC. We pay for gas, electricity, and wifi, but we try to be energy efficient.

Location: we are in Bed Stuy not too far from Crown Heights. The apartment is less than 2 minutes away (seriously the number one reason I am not moving lol) from the C train at Kingston-Throop Avs and 10 minutes away from the A train at Nostrand.

We’ve located minutes away from beautiful brunch spots, grocery stores, convenience stores, and practically anything you would need you can get within a very short walking distance. We are about 10 minutes on the train from Barclay and 30 minutes into midtown.

The Room & Utlitlites
The room is the biggest and it is $1350. It has exposed brick, a closet, and two windows. My roommate is also willing to sell any furniture in the room including the bed.

Utilities- Wifi is 75 a month ($25 each) and utilities vary depending on how much AC/Heat we use. It’s often between 80-120.
