Coming from Charlotte, NC and moving up to NYC for a new job in software sales.

I'm a 32yo male looking for a furnished room in an area that would be easy to commute to both work (Flatiron district) and my girlfriend's (Upper East Side).

I'm a fun, easygoing and respectful roommate. I'll go out for drinks every now and then, but not a huge partyer. Pretty new to the city, so I'll be spending free time exploring, going new places, and being outdoors. Would love to have roommates that become friends, but not necessary.

I'm currently working from home 3-4 days/week, eventually 2-3 days.

Fully vaccinated, second dose was April 2.
