I live in Philadelphia but currently work in NYC in research administration. I am looking for a roommate in Philly who is kind, responsible, drama-free, respects and cares for my home, and is courteous to my neighbors. I try to treat others the way I want to be treated. My home is large enough that even when I'm home, we don't have to be on top of each other. When I am home, I am a social person, and like to have friends over for dinner or drinks at times. I'm super inclusive, so as my roommate, you will always be welcome to join me, but if you are extremely introverted and prefer a home where it is always quiet and with very few guests, I might not be the roommate for you. That being said, I am in NYC and travel a great deal for my job, so most of the time you will have the home to yourself and I truly want my roommate to feel relaxed and at home whether I'm in town or not.
Must be dog and cat friendly. I take my pets with me when I am traveling and working out of state, but to be my roomate, you must be tolerant of pets in the home (and preferably an animal lover). If you are afraid of dogs or cats this won't be a suitable situation for you.

Lovely 2.5 bath home. Located on a friendly, well maintained block close to Einstein Hospital, Penn State Abington, and La Salle University. 2 Closets in the bedroom (which is currently furnished but furniture can be removed if tenant prefers to bring their own bedroom set). I am looking for a responsible tenant to rent 1 bedroom. I travel a great deal for work so you have the home to yourself much of the time. I love my home and neighbors and think you will too. Ideal location for a La Salle Graduate student or resident at Einstein Hospital.
About the home: Large living room, large dining room, and eat in kitchen. Refinished, hardwood floors with inlay throughout; You and I will have separate bathrooms; technically you will have a private bath (with the caveat that your bathroom is the bathroom guests use as well.) Additionally there is a finished tv room is in the basement with a 1/2 bath. Washer and dryer in basement. AC's in every room; Nest Thermostat installed; Balcony and patio if you need some fresh air. Street Parking. *Rent includes water & heat, gas, and internet service. Tenants will be responsible for electric (which averages $35-70 depending on usage),
ALDI, Dunkin-Donuts, Wine & Spirits, Post-Office, and other conveniences near by. NO SMOKING inside the home. This block has an active block association, summer block parties, and is well maintained. Convenient access to public transportation as well.
