Hey there! I am currently looking to rent out my spare guest room for anyone interested in a casual month-to-month lease arrangement. Very nice townhouse in Aurora, CO bordering Lowry and convenient distance to most areas in and around Denver/Aurora Metro area. Rent would be 800/mo, which includes utilities, HOA fees and pretty much any other living expenses. (Monthly rent negotiable if needed and we're a good living match!) Washer/Dryer in unit in basement. Street parking right outside townhouse always available.
Female preferred but I'm flexible depending on compatibility. I'm new to the room renting game, so I could probably add in a whole bunch more here, but would prefer to connect in person or over the phone if you are interested and/or would like to check out the place!
