My wife and I own the condo but are moving to Missouri to take care of our 91 year old mother and will only visit here so you will basically have the place to yourself. 500 unit condo with 5 pools, 4 hot tubs, sauna, workout room, pool table, table tennis, one lighted pickleball,2 lighted tennis courts. 200 yard walk to Lake Murray park with 3 mile paved road(no cars) 0pen 24 hours. Room is fully furnished bed, dressers, walk in closet, desk.
