Private bedroom/private en suite bathroom in home with views!
Room with lots of natural light, hardwood floors, with en suite bathroom including heated towel rack and bathtub. Unfurnished but can be furnished with a queen sized bed upon request. Washer/dryer in unit. Home is in a gated safe community within a short walk of twin peaks or down to Castro street. The street parking is very easy within feet of the home. Rent is 2400 including utilities.
Home: upstairs has lots of natural light including skylights and vaulted ceilings. Balcony outside the living room has beautiful views of the city. And the kitchen table window has gorgeous views of the bay.
Roommate: female early 30s does not work from home. Friendly cat in the home must be ok with cats.
