Peaceful quiet house in East Cobb seeking 3rd roommate

Myself and fellow tenant are renting a 5 bedroom, three story house in East Cobb/Marietta, and we need a new third roommate. We had a third for about 2 years and he recently moved into his own house. Rent does not include utilities, which are typically split three ways.

One tenant is a professional electrician tradesman who is quite handy and spends most of his free time either out with friends or in his room relaxing. Other tenant is a professional accountant, works 5 days a week, drives a scooter, and spends his free time typically working on multimedia and relaxing in his room.

House is pet, hard drug, and smoke free. Drinking and vaping are fine, just as long as it is not over done. House is in good condition and carpets in room have been professionally cleaned. We have a shared living room, kitchen, and patio, and on major holidays we tend to throw a get-together for friends and family.

The ideal roommate is respectful of others and their privacies, they are relatively quiet on weekdays after 9pm. They don't do any hard drugs and they drink either socially or normally and not too much. If they want to have company over, the ideal roommate will let the other roommates know ahead of time. They do not use the kitchen to cook strong smelling foods without using the hood vent and cracking windows. Lastly, they are not dramatic, ask questions before getting upset about anything, and are direct with addressing their concerns with their fellow roommates.

We are two professional men and would like someone who will be just as good a roommate as our last one was.

Requirements: must be okay with a background/credit check. No couples. No families/kids. No illegal or illicit activities. Zero tolerance on the last one.

First month's rent (700) + security deposit prior to signing annual lease (833) due before move-in
