I'm originally from Seattle and moved to Nashville in 2020 at the start of the pandemic (great timing, huh?). I own a townhouse in West Nashville in The Nations area. My home is spacious (3 bedroom, 3.5 bath with a furnished room with an ensuite bath and walk in closet. There is a washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a 2 car garage! The bed in the room for rent is a brand new (Queen) bed with an upholstered headboard and bedding. There are two dressers and a nightstand. The 2 Aves townhome community was built in 2020-2021 so it's new and well kept. There are two gas grills adjacent to the townhome and across the way is a gathering place with a fire pit. The community has about 60 privately owned townhomes and there is a small dog park.

I am a OR nurse and work 3-4 shifts a week and am typically off Sat-Sun-Mon. I am single and not currently dating but love to socialize. I'm easy going and like to keep things tidy. I have a cleaning service come in and clean the place top to bottom monthly.

My small 20 pound cockapoo, Tilly, is very friendly and gets along with other dogs. I like country music, Hallmark movies, cooking/baking, and reading.
