I'm a high school Physics teacher and Robotics coach in San Mateo. (Don't worry, I'll be streaming from my classroom, not the apartment.) I like having systems in place to keep shared spaces clean, but I could care less what people do in their own rooms. My hobbies include reading, painting, and practicing my instrument (viola, similar to violin). In general, I'm an introvert, but I'm down to have a drink and chat. I'd like to be friends with my roommates, but if we don't vibe on that level, it's chill.

Available Room for Rent
Looking For People to Rent This Apartment With Me
I did the math and it seems like you get better rent if you and some roommates move in all at once to a 3 or 4 bedroom place. That's why I'm looking for 2 new roommates.
Right now, I'm hoping to get the 3 bedroom unit at 137 Clifford Terrace, San Francisco CA. Here's a link to the video walk through:

The 1st bedroom is 9'x10' with an en suit full bathroom and a closet nook. The 2nd bedroom is large (managers said it could easily fit a king bed), and it has a nice walk in closet. The 3rd bedroom is "gigantic and has the deck off the back of it," and it also has a closet. The two larger bedrooms share a full bathroom that has a deep tub + shower. They couldn't give me dimensions for the two larger rooms; but, for the sake of estimating rent lets say: 1st = $1400/month, 2nd=$1850/month, 3rd=$2050/month. Total rent is $5300/month. They will only consider groups that make 3x total rent (which is $15,900/month). Personally, I make a little over $6000/month, so I'm looking for roommates who make $4200/month if they want the small room or more than $6000/month.
