Luka O - $1,600/month

Hi! My name is Luka and I am going to be a Master’s student at Pratt Institute in the fall. I am looking for 2 or 3 roommates to room in a 3 or 4 bed apt near Pratt, preferably in Clinton Hill, Bedford-Stuyvesant or close to campus. I do not have a lot of requirements for the apartment except for a kitchen, but a private bathroom and washer/dryers in house would be nice.
I’m a very clean person and friendly, and I love to cook for myself and others. I do like to party and play instruments loudly at times but that can be easily negotiated!
My only requirements of my roommates is that they help keep the space clean and are generally friendly.
