I am an engineering student from Philadelphia. I am looking for housing during a 6-month long job placement in NYC from April to September. My job is in SoHo and ideally looking for a commute under or close to 45 minutes. I have been looking into Brooklyn neighborhoods but am open to other options. I am fairly frugal with living, grocery shopping, and fun out in the city. Therefore, a roommate with a frugal living style would be a plus.
