Asking $1250 month for a single: furnished with twin xl bed, dresser, desk, TV with Apple TV, recliner, if any / all needed. Access to kitchen, patio / garden / BBQ, as well as carport, if you needed it! Our kitchen is well equipped with gas range, convection oven / air fryer, coffee / espresso, standing mixers, and more. Rate is inclusive of utilities, and we’re happy to share streaming service access.

Must be comfortable around cats as we have 2 of them, they are a bonded pair of mother and daughter that are part Maine Coon. They are shy but will warm up over time. No other pets are allowed.

We are a gay couple: an educator and registered dietitian working full time in SB. We enjoy food and board games. We love to cook and bake and usually make enough for leftovers and communal meals if you would like to join us or you’re welcome to have your space.
