I’m 25 and work in fine dining. I’m close to finishing my associate’s degree in fine arts (currently on pause), and I’ve been living in Yorktown with my parents while focusing on financial goals. I moved back from Richmond about two years ago, and I’m ready to make my way back to the city.

My monthly income is just over $4k, so rent wouldn’t be an issue. I do have a cat, though she’s adapted to being outside and I may keep her with my parents to keep things simple.

I’m easygoing, grounded, and value a comfortable, respectful home environment.
