Grace C - $1,400/month

Hello! My name is Grace and I just moved to Manhattan to take on a job as a Medical Assistant. I am originally from the Bay Area in California but just graduated from Cornell University back in December 2020. I'm hoping to sign a one-year lease as I work on my medical school applications. I'm a super chill roommate and am okay with basically anything! I'm also down to become close friends with my roommate, stick to myself in my room, or anything else in between. I'm super flexible with most things including visitors, pets, and noise level, but the only thing I'm picky about is the cleanliness of shared spaces-I like to keep things clean and organized.
