There's an apartment complex that I would want to move in to within the next 6 months to a year and a half in one month. I was told in order to rent it I would need to make at least 2500 with both of our incomes. If this person can make maybe at least 1,000-1200 a month we would be able to have enough money to get a two bedroom two bath apartment in this complex.

I currently live in Tampa but probably within a year and a half and one month I do want to live in the Clearwater area and I contacted this apartment complex and they said that in order for me to qualify for a two bedroom two bath I would need to make a total combined with the other roommate 2500. I currently have two cats but I might be rehoming one of them depending how things go. Whenever I do make this deal come together I would like a long-term roommate. I just need someone that I can plan this with and maybe get housing authority with this person.
