Hey everyone, 23-year-old queer guy moving from San Francisco to NYC. My budget is 1.5k max, and I plan to move to Manhattan Sept 1st (ideally a single room in LES, Chinatown, Greenwich Village), but am open to anywhere. Hoping for other queer creatives around my age or older for roommates, but not a dealbreaker. I'll have all of September in New Jersey to come into the city and scope out spots and grab coffee. Would love to join a long-term lease.
