I am looking for a roommate to move with or room to move into in Vancouver, WA . I can spend up to $1000 on rent, but would prefer to keep it around $700-$850. If you don't have VIP to read my profile, here's a quick summary. I am a 19 year old college student going into my second year. I currently work as a dishwasher with a reliable income of ~2300 a month. I play video games, read, play guitar, and other random things. I am typically quiet, but may play electric guitar. I would not be bothered if I was asked to be quieter and respect other's space.

I am open to other lease durations but would prefer a year.
